Bailey Irick serves as the Show-Rite Marketing Lead. She grew up in Markle, IN submersed in Agriculture on her family farm, which is where she developed a love for the show livestock industry, specifically show pigs, at a very young age. She was an active member of 4-H, FFA, NJSA and Team Purebred during her junior career.
Bailey attended Illinois Central College, which is where she began her collegiate judging career. She continued her education and judging career at Western Illinois University (WIU), where she graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business and was a member of the Reserve National Champion Livestock Judging Team. Bailey also graduated from WIU with her Master’s of Business Administration, while coaching the livestock judging team and advising animal science students.
Since September of 2022, Bailey has been a member of Team Show-Rite, working heavily on Marketing activities, such as: social media, events, and brand recognition. You can often find her at a livestock show or event with a camera or phone in her hand creating content for our brand.
Bailey spends majority of her time involved in the livestock industry whether that’s through helping her family in the barn or at a show, or judging livestock shows across the country.
